Kimberly Sanchez, LMHC 
Owner, Kimina Counseling, LLC 

Kimberly Sanchez, LMHC is co-owner of Kimina Counseling, LLC. Kimberly earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in 2009. She has been providing therapy in residential and outpatient settings for over a decade to adolescents and adults with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, complex trauma, attachment disorders, substance use disorders and mood disorders, among other issues.  Kimberly believes in a strength-based relational approach that reinforces therapy as a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore the underlying roots of their identified challenges and develop positive and effective strategies to cope. Kimberly believes that all people are doing the best they can in any given moment with the skills they have and that unconditional positive regard is the foundation of a healing relationship. Kimberly uses Attachment, Regulation, Competency (ARC) as her primary model for treatment along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Kimberly is now focusing on EMDR and has completed EMDRIA approved basic training. She is currently working on EMDR certification.
Amina Mazzara, LMHC
Owner, Kimina Counseling, LLC 

 Amina Mazzara, LMHC is co-owner of Kimina Counseling, LLC. She earned her Master's in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College as well. Amina has a variety of experience treating adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, PTSD, phobias, panic and other mood disorders using a solution-focused, goal-oriented approach. Amina believes in treating people as people; every individual brings a unique skill-set to the table that can be tapped into in order to make progress and achieve set goals. Amina ensures that every client has access to non-judgmental space to explore underlying issues as well as tackle every day concerns and set weekly-goals. No concern is too small and no issue is beyond treatment. Amina has spent several years using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help people achieve goals and uncover and address underlying issues. Amina also has experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and other approaches that are helpful instead of or in conjunction with CBT.
Jessica Farr, LICSW


Jessica is a LICSW with over twenty years of experience working with children, teens, adults and families. Her approach is psychodynamic and I have a Fellowship in analytic training as well. My areas of focus are stress, anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, depression, coping with life changes, attachment issues, blended family issues, body image, codependency, commitment issues, communication problems, control issues, divorce and separation, domestic violence, addiction, eating and food related issues, family of origin issues, family problems, guilt and shame, impulsivity, isolation, loneliness, life purpose, midlife crisis, mood disorders multicultural concerns, prejudice and discrimination social anxiety and phobia, psychotic disorders, Grief and Traumatic Grief, school based disorders and bullying. Jessica uses evidenced based treatment as well as poetry and literature to harness peoples' innate ability to heal. She believes in the psycho-spiritual growth of clients and also works with end-of-life issues as well. Jessica hopes to be able to assist you in your path to wellness.

Elizabeth Decasse, LMHC 

  Elizabeth Decasse, LMHC (pronouns: they/them) is a licensed therapist providing individual therapy at Kimina Counseling, LLC. A graduate of Lesley University with a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapies, Liz has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient, residential, and community settings. Liz provides a holistic approach to therapy treating depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment to life stressors. They value bringing the authentic self to treatment, and often utilizes humor, art, and writing in sessions. Liz uses techniques from various therapeutic modalities depending on clients' needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, trauma-focused CBT, intermodal expressive arts therapies, poetry therapy, and motivational interviewing.


   Jessica Fritz, LMHC
Jessica Fritz is a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Jessica earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University. She has provided individual, group, and family therapy in outpatient settings supporting children, adults, and families with PTSD and trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting, and attachment. Jessica believes everyone has intrinsic skills and strengths to bring into the therapeutic relationship and that therapy is a collaborative effort. She strongly values the therapeutic alliance, and her objective is to create a safe and supportive space to nurture growth and healing. Jessica is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Jessica is currently working towards EMDRIA certification in EMDR. 


Justin Launderville, LMHC 
Justin Launderville, LMHC is a licensed therapist providing individual, couples, and family therapy at Kimina Counseling, LLC. A graduate of Framingham State University with a Master’s in Counseling Psychology, Justin in particular enjoys helping couples work through challenges, and guides development of critical relationship skills such as honest communication of needs, boundaries, and expectations. Justin’s counseling experience encompasses treatment for adolescent and adult clients who have sought help with anxiety, depression, trauma/grief processing, and interconnected substance use disorders. Justin emphasizes trust and the therapeutic alliance as fundamental to the work, and he considers people to be the experts on their own lives. Justin identifies as a lifelong learner who is interested in habit formation, emotional neglect, existential meaning making, life transitions, parenting, and self-worth/image development. Justin uses a dynamic approach that combines insights and interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Positive Psychology, and Trauma Informed Care.


Amanda Guillette, LMHC 

Amanda Guillette is a licensed psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. She has over 7 years of experience providing community-based mental health treatment to youth and families as well as individual outpatient therapy. Amanda provides individual and couples therapy and has experience working with individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, parenting, and relationship dynamics.

  Amanda utilizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to treatment. She strongly values the therapeutic relationship and is committed to making sure her sessions are a safe space for clients to grow, heal and improve their lives. Amanda is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II) and has completed her EMDRIA approved Basic Training in EMDR. 




Jessica Hoyos, MLADC, LADC-I

I earned my Masters in Mental Health counseling at Springfield College in Massachusetts. I am bilingual English/Spanish speaking therapist with 12 years of experience working in the field of addiction and co-occurring disorders. I have also worked extensively with youth and families over the years and enjoy working with teens.  I believe in the person centered approach and working together to build healthy coping skills.

Qualifications: I am a Master Licensed
Alcohol Drug Counselor (MLADC) and an Impaired Driver Service Provider (IDSP) in the state of NH. I'm also a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor I (LADC I) in MA. 

Experience: I specialize in addictions (alcohol and other drugs), Anxiety, Depression and PTSD. 

Treatment Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI)

Lea Rojas Otero, LADC-I, CADC II

Lea S. Rojas Otero is a Licensed and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, LADC-I & CADC II. Lea completed her Master’s Degree in Health Sciences in Substance Abuse Counseling in the “Universidad Central del Caribe” in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. After completing her Master’s Degree in 2016, she was recruited from PR to work in an Outpatient clinic in Brockton, MA. For the past 6 years Lea has been providing individual counseling for children, youth, adults & elders struggling with Mental Health and/ Substance abuse. In order to best support and help her clients, Lea utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral approach and frequently implements Motivational Interviewing techniques in order to assist her clients achieve their therapeutic goals. In addition, Lea is fluent in Spanish & English. Lea seeks to provide quality care to all of her clients and offers an open, non-judgmental safe space for clients to address and work on whatever aspect brings them to services. She is a firm believer of meeting clients where they are at in their journey and therapeutic process in order to best guide and support to where they want to be. Lea has experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, low self esteem, trauma, life stressors, grief, substance abuse, family conflicts, relationship dynamics, and/or clients that are seeking to improve their communication skills, learn how to better cope or simply problem solve a situation. Mariesa Croteau, LMHC


Mariesa Croteau, LMHC earned her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Lesley University focusing on holistic approaches to counseling. She has been providing services to adolescents and adults with post traumatic stress disorder, complete trauma, attachment disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, among other challenges. She has worked in a residential school as well as a public high school helping clients and their families foster healthy bonds as they work through complex emotions related to past experiences. Mariesa has experience working with individuals, couples, and families who are trying to navigate various life stages. She utilizes Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC) as her primary model for treatment along with motivational interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and focuses on a strength based trauma informed approach in which the client can begin to make connections between their mind and body.


Mariesa believes each person is doing their best, even in moments when it may feel challenging or discouraging. She believes in supporting the client in finding their personal strengths which they can build off of in their healing journey. She strongly values a holistic approach and providing a safe space for clients to grow and heal, as they build a more cohesive sense of self.




Olga Encarnacion, MC, LADC-I, CCTP


Olga Smith, MA, LADC-I, CCTP is a psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Olga earned her Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. Olga currently holds a License as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor – I (LADC-I) and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Olga provides individual, group, and family therapy for individuals of all ages. Olga has a history helping first responders, military personnel/veterans, as well as individuals in the criminal justice system. 

Olga believes in the person-centered approach and that the therapeutic relationship is a collaborative effort and endorses working on the personal and/or professional goals of the individual.  Her objective is to create a safe and supportive environment for everyone. 

Olga has worked for many years with individuals who suffer with addiction (i.e., substance use, gambling, and other addictive behaviors), depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, bipolar disorders and personality disorders. Olga uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing/ Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MI/MET), and is trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT); all which provide a platform to promote growth, healing, and recovery.  

   Laura Cos, LMHC   



Laura Cos, LMHC (she/her/hers) is a licensed psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. She earned her Master’s Degree at the University of Massachusetts Boston. Her experience includes individual and group therapy primarily with the adult population who struggle with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, substance abuse, and more. She also has experience working in the residential setting with adults struggling with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health issues. Laura implements an eclectic approach with a heavier focus on concepts and techniques from the evidence-based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Having completed trauma-informed care and cultural competency training, she incorporates these skills when necessary and appropriate. Laura strongly believes in having a strengths-based, person-centered focus at the foundation of her practice offering a safe, non-judgmental space in her collaborative work with clients. 

Leana Simpson, LMHC


Leana Simpson (she/her) is a licensed therapist (LMHC) whose practice is centered on a psychodynamic, relational/attachment focused, and feminist perspective. Her framework is rooted in trauma theory and centers on the

strengths, resilience, wisdom, and self-determination of her clients. She is attentive to the roles individuals, institutions, and systems play, and the impact they may have on healing & centers her work around her client's cultural identities, while helping her clients become more attuned to a deeper sense of who they are. Leana has been working in the human service field for the past 14 years in acute, residential, in-home, outpatient, and long-term care settings, encompassing all ages and a wide array of complex, intersecting identities & experiences. She is especially passionate about her work with young adults & adults navigating transition and significant life events. Leana has experience in working with

depression, anxiety, trauma/PTSD, grief/loss, gender identity and relational issues. Leana holds much gratitude & passion for her work with LGBTQI individuals & has knowledge in writing gender affirming surgery letters. Leana was trained in Expressive Arts Therapy with a trauma lens & welcomes many modalities of healing into session.


Olivia Corfey, LMHC


Olivia Corfey (she/her) is a licensed therapist (LMHC) at Kimina Counseling, LLC. She earned her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Assumption University. Olivia’s compassionate and collaborative approach is grounded in the belief that clients are the experts when it comes to their own lives; thus working to meet clients where they are at and fostering resilience and skills to find new ways to connect, feel seen, heard and work through challenges. 


Olivia provides support using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and mindful self-compassion. Olivia provides individual therapy and has experience working with clients struggling with substance use, depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief and relationship difficulties. Olivia is passionate about offering unconditional positive regard in order to provide a safe, empathetic space to foster therapeutic alliance and hope.

Renee MacLean, LADC-I

Renee MacLean treats a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, OCD and depression.  She also has over 15 years experience helping people achieve recovery from substance addiction. Renee offers individual and couple's therapy utilizing Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral, Dialectical Behavior and Person-Centered Therapy helping patients to gain deeper insight, change negative behaviors, improve relationships, achieve desired recovery, reach their personal goals and improve emotional health. Renee will meet you where you're at in your effort to seek help with empathy, compassion and respect. You got this! 

Therese Filardi, LICSW

Thérèse Filardi (Tracy), LICSW, is a psychotherapist at Kimina counseling, LLC. Tracy earned her BS in Industrial and Labor Relations, specializing in organizational behavior, at Cornell University and her Masters in Social Work at Simmons University.  Tracy has served communities in the Framingham and Worcester areas, North Shore, lower cape and Boston in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Tracy has experience treating adults with grief and loss issues, coparenting and family issues, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, substance use, relationship difficulties, and parenting and life transitions including divorce, loss and employment. Tracy utilizes a strengths based approach combining family therapies, cognitive behavioral therapies including MBT, psychodynamic therapies including self psychology, mindfulness and solution focused brief therapy based upon the client’s goals. Tracy applies ecological systems theory and works with individuals, couples and family systems.


Dorothy Burr, LICSW

Dorothy is a Certified First Responder Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist-Sex Trafficking. She is trained in Brainspotting a "powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, and a variety of other challenging symptoms." Dorothy is client centered, strength based, and uses a style of therapy that is eclectic resulting in sessions being individual for you and your issues. Areas of interest include anxiety, stress and trauma, depression and mood disorders, grief and loss.
Dorothy has experience working in the medical field as an LPN employed through the DOC working at MCI's and as a floater for a hospital group in MA. She held positions as an on-call crisis social worker for area ED's and on the crisis team for city of New Bedford, Specialties include Brainspotting (BSP), trauma, domestic violence and human trafficking.
I have been doing this work for 15+ years and have enjoyed every minute of it. Life is not fair, easy, or predictable and if I can assist a person with navigating through their difficulties all is good.



     Mariana Saraiva, LMHC


Mariana Saraiva, LMHC (pronouns she/her) is a psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling. Mariana earned her Bachelor's in Psychology from Boston University in 2011 and a Master’s of Education in Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College in 2014. Mariana has provided individual, family, and couples counseling for nearly a decade in outpatient, residential, and in-home settings. She has experience working with trauma, anxiety, mood, and adjustment disorders as well as communication issues within relationships, social insecurities, perinatal concerns, goal setting and decision making, and boundary setting. Mariana especially loves assisting those going through significant life changes and events and helping them navigate this time (for example: starting/leaving school, having a child, getting married/divorced, going through a breakup, or losing a loved one). Mariana has adopted an eclectic style and believes there isn’t a one size fits all approach to therapy. Therefore, she prioritizes building a genuine therapeutic relationship to first determine a client's needs and desires to create an individualized plan. Mariana utilizes the following modalities: Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), person-centered, Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), talk therapy, psychodynamic and trauma-focused CBT. 

As an immigrant herself, Mariana also prioritizes having a culturally sensitive approach to her treatment. She understands that culture -whether personal, family, or community based-plays an active role in our understanding of the world and subsequent responses. Therefore, she makes sure to incorporate it into sessions whenever necessary.



Leidy Almonte, LICSW


Leidy Almonte, LICSW is a psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Leidy studied psychology and later earned a master’s degree in clinical social work at Rhode Island College. Leidy is bilingual, she is fluent in Spanish and English. She has 12 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents, families, and adults of diverse cultural backgrounds, using a variety of therapy modalities to meet the individual needs of her patients, including but not limited to trauma, depression, and anxiety. Leidy’s focus as a psychotherapist is to empower individuals to regain control of their lives to help them create a more fulfilling future for themselves. She uses a strength-based approach to help individuals identify their inner strengths and build upon these to create tools that can help them navigate and manage life stressors. 


Erin Gerrity, LICSW


Erin Gerrity, LICSW, earned her Masters in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania and her BA in Psychology from Hamilton College. Erin has provided individual, family, and group therapy for six years in community mental health centers, inpatient hospitals, and in schools. In these settings, Erin has helped children, adolescents, young adults, parents, and families navigate various life stages and challenges. Erin has experience working with individuals struggling with posttraumatic stress disorder, complex trauma, family conflict, mood disorders, anxiety, grief/loss, and substance use. She utilizes a variety of treatment approaches to help clients manage stressors and work towards their goals, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC). Erin utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach when working with individuals and believes deeply that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing. Erin values building a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship to help clients feel safe and comfortable as they work to overcome difficulties and achieve their goals. 




Rosie O'Sullivan, LMHC

Rosie O’Sullivan is a licensed psychotherapist at Kimina Counseling, LLC.  She is a graduate of Cambridge College with a Master’s in Counseling and Addictions.  Rosie has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in inpatient, day treatment and community settings.  Rosie has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, substance use disorders, codependency, stress and grief.  Rosie provides support to her clients using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), expressive therapy, trauma informed care, mindfulness, meditation, mindful self-compassion, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Rosie is also trained as an Advanced Grief Recovery Method Specialist.  Rosie is kind, warm, compassionate and down to earth and she is a great listener.  Rosie has been on her own self-healing journey for many years and she likes to provide a safe, non judgemental environment where people feel safe to express themselves.  Rosie uses a strengths-based, relational approach to meet the needs of her clients.  Rosie collaborates with clients on their healing journey to overcome their struggles and find their way back to their true, authentic and vibrant selves.

Bonnie Manzolini, LCSW


Bonnie Manzolini, LCSW is a licensed therapist providing individual therapy at Kimina Counseling, LLC. Bonnie is a graduate of Boston University with a Masters in Social Work. Bonnie has provided services in a variety of settings including community based mental health treatment to youth and families as well as in individual outpatient settings. Bonnie uses an eclectic approach in treatment drawing from strength based, mindfulness, person-centered, solution focused and CBT approaches with clients. Bonnie believes in working collaboratively with clients and providing a safe and supportive environment. Bonnie provides psychotherapy for those who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, difficult relationships, and low self-esteem. 


Bonnie is licensed in MA, ME and VT.


Stephanie Fahey, LMHC


Stephanie Fahey, LMHC earned her Master’s in Psychology from Westfield State University with a concentration in Forensic Mental Health Counseling. Stephanie has experience working with adults of all ages both individually and in a group setting. Stephanie’s experience ranges from working with clients specifically in correctional facilities, substance use treatment, all the way to clients in acute care recently admitted for hospitalization for psychiatric stabilization. 


Stephanie provides a nonjudgmental approach in treating individuals with depression, anxiety, substance use, trauma, grief & loss, serious mental illness, along with adjustment to recent life stressors.


Stephanie believes in working with the client collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans by utilizing specific interventions to develop measurable goals, improve coping skills, as well as stress management skills. Stephanie strives to work alongside her clients to help transform them into the best version of themselves. Stephanie is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based practices, and Trauma informed approaches. 



Laura Davis, LICSW


Laura Davis, LICSW (she, her) has been providing outpatient psychotherapy for 27 years. She completed her master’s degree in social work at Rhode Island College in 1996. Laura is trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Mindfulness Compassion Therapy and ARC. She works with clients of all ages who hold a multiplicity of intersecting marginalized identities including members of the LGBTQIA community and people who struggle with

substance use disorders. Laura is continually learning new approaches to improve her clinical

practice and returned to school in January of 2022 to pursue her Doctorate in Social Work.

Laura strongly believes in the power of people’s innate ability to heal themselves. She supports clients to critically evaluate core beliefs that are no longer serving them and to choose treatment modalities that will support them on their own healing journey.

Juliana Norton, MA

Juliana Norton (She/Her) is a client-centered therapist who provides trauma-informed care when working with children, adolescents, and adults. She received her BA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and her MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Advanced Trauma-Informed Concentration from Bay Path University. Juliana is CANS Certified and has a passion for providing culturally competent and strengths-based care. Importantly, Juliana has a devotion to the LGBTQ+ community, especially those navigating gender identity exploration. 


Juliana has experience offering individual and group therapy services in intensive outpatient settings with substance abuse populations, including individuals with co-occurring disorders. During this time, Juliana specialized in treating adults enduring PAWS, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, PTSD, depression, grief, ADHD, and various life transitions. She’s worked intimately with new parents as they navigate the complexities of postpartum. Within treatment, Juliana incorporates eclectic therapeutic interventions utilizing expressive art and writing techniques. Depending on the client’s needs, Juliana is comfortable employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)/Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Attachment, Regulation, and Competency (ARC), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Narrative Therapy (NT). 


Juliana encourages clients’ self-discovery on their journey to health, stability, and contentment. In addition to her love for the mental health field, Juliana enjoys reading new fantasy novels, watching funny cat videos (while cuddling her two kitties), and baking homemade chocolate chip cookies.



Kimberly Masterson, LMHC


Kimberly Masterson is a licensed therapist (LMHC) who has 15+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Kimberly has extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem
